Do I have to sign a contract?
No long-term contracts here! Most of our packages are available as a monthly subscription or one-off purchase. You can stay with us for as long as you like, and we’ll always be clear about costs upfront. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions.

Are your packages fully customisable?
Yes! Every business is different, so all of our packages can be tailored to suit your brand, audience, and goals. If something doesn’t fit, we’ll adjust it.

What if I already have branding in place?
That’s great! We can either work with your existing branding or give it a refresh as part of our Glow Start-Up package.

Do I need the Glow Start-Up package before signing up for content?
We highly recommend it if you don’t already have consistent branding. It ensures all of your content looks polished and professional. If you’re already confident in your visuals, you can jump straight into one of our content packages.

What happens if I go on holiday or can’t manage my socials?
That’s where our Glow Client Interaction Support add-on is perfect. We’ll cover engagement, responses, and posting so your online presence never goes quiet.

Do you post at the best times for my audience?
Yes! We schedule your content to go live at the times your followers are most active, helping to maximise visibility and engagement.

How do I pay?
Payments are taken securely online via subscription. For 3-month packages (like the Growth Boost), you can either pay upfront or choose a subscription option.

Do you offer refunds?
Because our work involves time and creative content made specifically for your business, we don’t offer refunds. But we’ll always work with you to make sure you’re happy with the results.

Will you manage my DMs and comments too?
That’s included in our Glow Client Interaction Support add-on. This keeps you connected with your audience while freeing up your time. During your discovery call, we’ll go through your commonly asked questions and agree on how to respond in a way that mirrors your brand voice, so everything feels natural and true to you. We’ll also review your previous messages and comments to make sure our responses stay consistent with how you already communicate with your audience.

Do you only work with beauty and wellness businesses?
Glow Content was built with beauty, wellness, aesthetics, and hair businesses in mind, but our packages can be tailored to any small business that wants to grow online.
